Natural light pours into the studio from 5 different windows. They are south, southeast, and east facing to provide beautiful light all day long

about the studio

Location

The studio is a 950 sq ft character space located in a heritage building on 17th avenue. It features beautiful antique hardwood flooring, original radiators, brick, and a balcony

Furniture

The studio is fully furnished and all furniture is available to use and included with your rental. For a full furniture list click here

Multi-Purpose

We have had everything from photography sessions to engagements in the studio!

Studio Rates

1 hour rental | $80/hr

2 - 3 hour rentals | $75/hr

4 - 6 hour rentals | $70/hr

7-9 hour rentals | $65/hr

GST is applicable to all rates

FAQ

  • Yes! You (and whoever else you bring) will be the only people in the studio during your booking

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking any time up to 72 hours before your booking. For cancellations, the deposit is kept on file as a credit towards future bookings. Deposits are non-refundable. You can use the link in your booking confirmation email to reschedule your booking

  • Yes, you may bring up to two pets for your booking. For more than two, please contact to discuss your exact needs

  • The day before your rental you will receive detailed studio access instructions with information on how to access the studio, parking, door code, etc.

  • There is absolutely no food or drink allowed on the furniture in the studio. All food & drink items must be kept on the entryway table, please!

  • The studio only provides beautiful natural light (besides the basic overhead lights) but you are more than welcome to bring your own lighting/strobe set up!
